Ecstatic Dance is a free-form movement experience where participants are invited to move however their body feels called—no choreography, no judgment, and no right or wrong way to dance. Guided by an evolving musical journey, the dance floor becomes a space for expression, release, connection, and play.

We keep the space substance-free and encourage dancers to move with presence and respect for themselves and others. Whether you’re flowing gently, shaking things out, or simply swaying with the music, Ecstatic Dance is an opportunity to reconnect with your body, your breath, and the joy of being fully alive.
