We are headed to the jungle and the beach! Space is limited for this trip and a non-refundable $500 deposit is required to reserve your spot. Enrollment can be paid in installments. You must have a passport. One ticket option is available and includes lodging, and most of your meals. *Space is limited to 8 people*.

This retreat is filled with fun and creative activities and workshops. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are provided on most days and karma yoga, community help, will be encouraged throughout the retreat. Space is small and we will only be selling 9 tickets for each trip.

Doc's in El Castillo, the Jungle

Doc's is located near the Arenal Volcano in a small village named El Castillo.  El Castillo is just outside of the town of La Fortuna. We will be nestled in with the locals in this intimate retreat space near the top of a mountainside overlooking the Arenal Volcano and Lake. This trip will include yoga, hiking, artistic endeavors and a trip to the hot springs at the base of the volcano.

Playa Grande, the Beach

Playa Grande is packed with tour options and things to do! Explore the 1,500-acre estuary with a kayak and see the variety to mangroves and exotic animals, including aquatic birds and crocodiles that thrive there. Travel to the northern end of Playa Grande to Playa Ventanas and jump into beautiful snorkeling waters.
