  • [Great Room] -Breakfast break.  Breakfast provided. -  -available until 10:00am

  • [Great Room] -QHHT Group Regression with Tori Boswell

  • [Pavillion] -Tea Ceremony with Ian Mychal

12:00pm

  • [Great Room] -Lunch Break, bring your own snacks PB&J's available -end time 2:00pm

  • [Great Room] -I Am Refreshed with Matt Michaels

  • [Pavillion] - Mindful Writing: Cultivating Creativity through Mindfulness with Derrick Jones

  • [Great Room]  -Closing Ceremony -Om Out-  This is without a doubt always the most powerful part of the whole weekend.

  • Clean up, Head out.
