• Arrive in Liberia  -Gather and at the The Garden Restaurant and Bar at Hilton Garden Inn Liberia Airport. Free shuttle from Liberia. We will shuttle out once everyone arrives around 2pm if possible.

• 2:00pm-3:30pm -Shuttle to Kasa Kurij

• 4:00pm -Settle In to our rooms and relax

• 6:30pm -Dinner at Kasa Kurij

Friday, February 19

• 7:00am -Morning Yoga 

• 8:15am -Breakfast

• 9:00-10:30am -Meet and greet opening circle. 

• 1:00pm -Lunch (last meal of the day)

• 1:30pm -Rest and Connect

• 6:00pm -Evening Ceremony at La Matriztica

Saturday, February 20

• 7:00am -Breakfast at La Matriztica

• 8:15am -Return to Kasa Kurij and rest

• 12 :00pm -Yoga or Beach

• 1:00pm -Lunch and integration circle

• 6:00pm -Evening Ceremony at La Matriztica

Sunday, February 21

• 7:00am -Breakfast at La Matriztica

• 8:15am -Return to Kasa Kurij and rest

• 12:00pm -Yoga or Beach

• 1:00-4:00pm -Lunch and integration circle

• 6:00pm -Dinner at Kasa Kurij

• 9:30 -Hit the Road

• 11:00am -Cataratas Llanos de Cortés

• 1:00pm -Lunch at Cafe & Macadamia (you buy)

• 4:30pm -Arrive at Linda Vista, settle in.

• 5:30pm -Dinner at La Ventanita (you buy)

Tuesday, February 23

• 7:00am -Morning Yoga overlooking the Arenal Volcano

• 8:15am -Breakfast

• 11:00am -La Fortuna Waterfall

• 1:00am -El Salto (rope swing)

• 2:00pm -Lunch in La Fortuna (you buy)

• 3:00-5pm -Explore La Fortuna + Shop

• 6:00pm -Dinner at Hotel

• 7:00pm -Daily check-in followed by free time until sleep time

Wednesday, February 24

• 7:00am -Morning Yoga overlooking the Arenal Volcano

• 8:15am -Breakfast

• 10:00am -Permaculture and Cacao at Essence Arenal

• 12:00pm -Lunch- Smoothies 

• 1:00pm -Breathwork and cold plunge in the River

• 6:00pm -Dinner at Hotel

• 7:00pm -Daily check-in followed by free time until sleep time

Thursday, February 25

• 7:00am -Morning Yoga overlooking the Arenal Volcano

• 8:15am -Breakfast

• 9:00am -Cacao Ceremony

• 11:00am -Lunch

• 12:00pm -Baldi Hot Springs

• 6:00pm -Dinner

• 7:00pm -Daily check-in followed by free Time until sleep time

Friday, February 26, Travel Day

• 6:30am -Hit the Road (depending on flights)

• 8:00am -Breakfast on the road (you buy)

• 9:00am -The Ceiba Tree

• 11:00am -Arrive to the Airport
