4:00pm

  • Check-in begins. Set up and settle in.

7:00pm

  • [Pavillion] -Om In- Group Yoga Class and Opening Ceremony led by Joe Picorale 

9:30pm

  •  Chill out and relax with friends.

10:30pm

  • Quiet time 

 

Saturday: October 2, 2021

8:00am

  • [Pavillion] -Sunrise Yoga with Nicole Peltier. Group photo by the Big Om sign immediately after yoga!

9:00am

  • [Ballroom] -Breakfast break.  Breakfast provided. - Fresh cut fruit, muffins, oatmeal and yogurt. -available until 10:00am

10:30am

  • [Pavillion] -Let It Go with Ana Svedberg

  • [Ballroom] -Fully Inspired Breathwork + Nidra with Alfred Menesis

12:00pm

  • [The Pool]-Lunch Break at the Indoor Pool. Bring your own snacks PB&J's available 

2:30pm

  • [Pavillion] -Faith over Fear with Hannah Demuth

  • [Ballroom] - Returning to Union with Heather Day

5:30pm

  • [Ballroom] -Dinner Break, Delicious dinner provided until 6:30pm

7:30pm

  • [Pavillion]-Illuminate your Shadow, you have got to Feel it to Heal it with Nicole Peltier from The Yoga Room

  • [Ballroom] -Tribal Moon Flow with Megan Amelia Burnett

9:30pm

  • [Fire Pit]- Close the night, 
    Chill out and relax with friends.

8:00am

  • [Pavillion]-Let it Go + Glow: Yin + Breathwork with Alfred Menesis

9:00am

  • [Pavillion] -Breakfast Potluck.  Bring all your leftover food for a crazy eclectic breakfast buffet .

9:45am

  • [Pavillion] -Closing Ceremony -Om Out-  This is without a doubt always the most powerful part of the whole weekend.  

11:00am

  • Clean up, Head out.
