  • Check-in begins. Find your campsite, set up and settle in.

  • [Yoga Barn] -Om In- Group Yoga Class led by Joe Picorale

8:30pm

  • [Fire Pit] -Opening Ceremony and intention setting.

9:30pm

  •  Chill out and relax with friends.

10:30pm

  • Quiet time 

 

Saturday: October 3, 2020

8:00am

  • [Yoga Tent] -Sunrise Yoga with Alfred Menesis

9:00am

  • [Main House] -Breakfast break.  Breakfast provided. - Fresh cut fruit, granola, oatmeal and yogurt. -available until 10:00am

10:30am

  • [Yoga Barn] -Breathe to Let Go with Hailey Boswell

  • [Yoga Tent] -Move it Out: Yoga with Nicole Peltier

12:00pm

  • [The Om Home]-Lunch Break, bring your own snacks PB&J's available -end time 2:00pm

1:30pm

  • [Fire Pit] -Traditional Native American singing and blessing of the land

3:30pm

  • [Yoga Barn] -Letting Go Meditation with Marta Riggin

  • [Fire Pit] -Wim Hof Breathwork and Ice Bath with
    Derek and Alyssa Smith

5:30pm

  • [Main House] -Dinner Break, Delicious dinner provided until 6:30pm

7:00pm

  • [Yoga Barn] -Soul Roll Sesh with Shelby Bull Williams

  • [Yoga Tent] -Journey to the Heart: Cacao + Dance with 
    Kyndal Saverse and Melody Smith

9:00pm

  • [Fire Pit]- Close the night, 
    Chill out and relax with friends.

10:30pm

  • Quiet Time

 
Sunday: October 4, 2020

8:00am

  • [Yoga Tent] -Sunrise Yoga with Shelby Thomas

9:00am

  • [Main House] -Breakfast Potluck.  Bring all your leftover food for a crazy eclectic breakfast buffet .

9:45am

  • [Yoga Barn] -Closing Ceremony -Om Out-  This is without a doubt always the most powerful part of the whole weekend.  

11:00am

  • Clean up, Head out.
