-You will recieve your Big Om Yoga Retreat bracelet on Friday during check-in from 4:00-7:00pm at the check in booth.  This is your pass for all the classes, wear it at all times.  The check in booth will be open most of the weekend for all for all late comers, if you are late it is ok.

-It is October in Oklahoma, be prepared for cold and or warm weather.  Some of the workshop rooms are in a covered outdoor area so be ready for all of the elements.  

-Bring your own bedding or sleeping bag.  The group lodging is just a bed, you must provide your own linens, pillows, etc.

-We will be sharing the sleeping space.  Bring pajamas,  Please keep your phone quiet, conisider bringing earplugs.

-Breakfast and dinner are provided Saturday and you are responsible for all of your other meals.  Pack as if you were camping.  The kitchen is being used by the kitchen staff to prepare breakfast and dinner and is not accessible to others.  There is at least one grill available on site.  If you need to refrigerate food we will have a check in for the walk in cooler.   

-Bring your own mat.  Morning yoga will be outside, you may consider bringing a blanket.  

-Everyone (campers included) has access to the shared showers and restrooms on site.

-Bring your own soap, shampoo and towel.

-The Sequoyah Lodge is about 2 miles down the road in the same park, it has a full menu restaurant available.

-We may need some "Karma Yoga" volunteers to help clean up after each meal, we thank you in advance for your help.

-It may rain lightly, this is a rain or shine event, bring an umbrella or a raincoat and dress appropriately.

-Please leave your shoes at the door for each workshop.
