• Location: We are located at 17 W 7th Street in downtown Tulsa, our front entrance is on 7th street.

• Airport Transportation: We provide 24-hour airport shuttle service to/from Tulsa International Airport by calling our hotel directly upon arrival at 918-585-5898

• Check In: Check in starts at 3:00PM, any arrivals prior to 3:00PM will be assigned upon availability. A valid credit card is required upon check in for all reservations

• Check Out: Check out is at 12:00PM

• Parking: We have an onsite covered parking garage for our registered guests which requires guest room key to access. Parking is complimentary for your group and the entrance is located on Boulder Ave.

• CUT OFF DATE: The group rate and allocated rooms will be held until your cut-off date, August 23, 2019. Guestroom reservations after the cut-off date will be accepted based on availability and at the Hotel’s prevailing rates

• CHECK-IN/OUT TIME: Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Guests arriving before 3:00PM will be accommodated as rooms become available. The front desk can arrange to check baggage for early arrivals and guests attending events on their departure date.

• PARKING: Self-parking is available for overnight guests in our attached parking garage for the daily rate of $12.00.
