REBIRTH & RENEWAL:
Qigong for the Spring

Awakening the Wood Element | Flow, Vision & Vitality

As winter softens its grip, spring invites movement, growth, and new possibility. This season of rebirth supports fresh vision and forward momentum.

Join us for a nourishing Qigong experience aligned with the Wood Element. Qigong is a gentle, meditative movement practice that combines posture, breathwork, visualization, and focused intention to cultivate Qi—our vital life force. Regular practice supports physical vitality, emotional balance, stress reduction, and nervous system regulation.

In this workshop, we will be working through the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine, supporting the Liver and Gallbladder meridians — the energetic pathways of flow, planning, and purposeful action.

In TCM, the Liver ensures the smooth flow of Qi and blood. When flowing freely, we feel clear, flexible, balanced, and energized. When stagnant, we may experience frustration, tension, headaches, digestive issues, or a sense of feeling stuck. Spring is the ideal time to gently detox, restore movement, and reconnect with inner vision.

This workshop explores how to recognize imbalances within the Wood energy, which includes the liver and gallbladder meridians, and begin to restore balance through mindful movement and breath supporting:
• Detoxification & digestion
• Healthy energy flow
• Emotional balance
• Flexibility with strength
• Clarity, purpose & inspired direction
