2023 Winter Retreat's Offerings

We are just a little more than a week away from a nearly sold out Yoga Retreat! Have you picked your path through the choices of workshops and lectures we have in store?

Hannah Bell is starting the weekend off right with a powerful and playful opening class.This class will get you moving and get you ready for the weekend.

After class we will have some snacks to help you ground down and chill out as we wind down the night. Sleep well with your bunkmates and then get ready for Saturday!

Saturday starts off with some yummy yoga to get us moving again followed by a delicious healthy breakfast! Once breakfast is over the day really begins. Check out the schedule to see everything the weekend has to offer and we will be seeing you soon!
